Piezoelectric speaker
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the sound pressure at a low frequency band in the sinusoidal sound pressure versus frequency characteristic by stacking and connecting two or over of dish type bimorph sounding bodies to both faces of a dish diaphragm whose circumferential rising part is formed with sound hole and connection window, providing a case to the sounding bodies and forming sounding holes to both faces of the case. CONSTITUTION:The dish type bimorph sounding bodies 1 are stacked and connected electrically by spot soldering in the common axis connection. Then the surrounding is fixed by an anaerobic ultraviolet-ray setting resin and the electrodes 3 of both faces of the sounding bodies 1 are conducted by a urethane coated wire through the sounding hole and connection window 7. Simultaneously, the lead wire 8 is soldered and the lead wire 9 is soldered to the diaphragm 9, for example at the inside of the rising part 5 and led out externally from the sound hole and connection window 7. Since the bimorph type unit sounding bodies of plural number are stacked in this way, the sound pressure is improved multiply and the sound pressure is improved especially at a low frequency band to enhance the reproducing function with high fidelity.
