Control device for working vehicle

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To maintain the vehicle speed constant in order to smoothly carry out a working process by controlling the change-over of the running speed ratio between large and small values in accordance with the degree of engine load, and by changing the rotational speed of the engine so that the vehicle speed does not alter before and after the above-mentioned change-over. CONSTITUTION:A working vehicle incorporates a running speed change-over device 7 and a change-over device 6 such as a drive change-over device for changing over the drive mode between a two wheel drive mode and a four wheel drive mode, or the like. In this arrangement, a sensor 1 detects an engine load, and means 2, 3 judge whether thus detected engine load is high or low. Further, a means 4 controls at least the running speed change-over device 7 so that the speed ratio is changed over into a large or small value in accordance with the level of thus detected load. Further, a means 5 controls a governor device 8 to change the engine speed so that the vehicle speed does not alter before and after the change-over of the speed ratio when the speed ratio is changed over.
