Motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a motor which is mechanically rigid and in which a radial protrusion amount is minimized by forming a groove of a swelled part on the outer periphery of a frame to hold a steel plate, and providing a temperature relay. CONSTITUTION:A lead 2 is extended through a bushing 3 on the outer periphery of a frame 1, a swelled part 4 is formed adjacently to the bushing 3, and a groove 5 is formed of the part 4. A temperature relay 6 is engaged with the groove 5, and a steel plate 7 so formed in an OMEGA state as to cover the relay 6 and formed with a hook at the end is provided. The part 4 and the groove 5 are simultaneously formed by resin molding of the frame 1, and the groove 5 is formed axially to easily extracted from an injection mold. Since the groove 5 is formed of the part 4, it is not necessary to construct the entire frame 1 thick but to construct with an outer diameter of necessary minimum for the relay 6.
