Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To flatten sound pressure frequency characteristics and to make the external shape thin by providing plural electrode films coaxially or elliptically to constitute the diaphragm film. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic speaker is constituted by arranging a diaphragm 12 and a fixed pole 13 opposedly with an air gap by an insulation supporter 14. The diaphragm 12 is constituted by providing plural electrode films 151-154 on the insulation film 16 outward from the center axis coaxially or elliptically. Moreover, the fixed pole 13 is constituted by providing a fixed electrode 18 on a fixed plate 17.
