Assembly of stationary induction apparatus
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To perform bidirectional ion-core insertion work of upper and lower parts of a yoke by providing rising devices having curved parts at bases of both ends thereof and by installing demountable iron-core pedestals at upper parts of both ends, thereby raising the rising devices, while, supporting main legs so that they are arranged in a horizontal shape. CONSTITUTION:Supporting metal fittings 10 are fixed at upper surfaces of rising devices 5 and after placing main legs on the above fittings 10, clamping rods 12 which bridge holddown metal fittings 11 for connecting the main legs as well as the supporting metal fittings 10 are fastened. Then ropes 13 of a hoisting device are hooked on sling fittings 7a and if the rising devices 5 are hoisted upward, the devices 5 rotate along curved parts 6b and iron-core pedestals 8 are held in the horizontal positions. In these situations, ironcore insertion work is carried out by lowering a lower yoke 3 from the upper side and the iron-core pedestals 8 are transferred to the left and then iron-core insertion work of the upper part of the yoke 2 is carried out by reversing the rising devices 5. composition performed in this way makes it possible to perform bidirectional iron-core insertion work of upper and lower parts of the yoke without subdividing the lower yoke 3.
