Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a pleasant and agreeable environment by changing, after the room temperature has reached a temperature in a certain range from a set temperature, the room cooling and room heating capacities in a certain range near said set temperature. CONSTITUTION:The room temperature control gets into the control of the change mode if the absolute value of the difference between a set temperature and room temperature is below, for instance, 1 degree and the room heating capacity at present is increased by, for instance, 10% and waiting is made for a certain time. After a certain time t has passed, the room cooling and room heating capacities are reduced by, for instance, 10% and again waiting is made for a time (t). When the absolute value of the difference of the room temperature and the set temperature is larger than 1 degree and the room temperature is not near the set temperature, the room temperature control gets into the control of the normal mode and the room temperature changes periodically in a certain range near the set temperature. With this arrangement after the room temperature reaches a temperature in a certain range from the set temperature, the room cooling and room heating capacities are changed so as to change the room temperature in a certain range from temperature near the set temperature so that the body temperature adjusting function of a user is making an preparatory operation and it is possible to obtain a more pleasant and more agreeable environment.
