Slip control device for torque converter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the response characteristic of control in the time of transfer by actuating a feedback control means to output a predetermined value larger than the arithmetic value as the initialized value of feedback control to a slip amount control means in the time of the transfer from a converter region to a slip region. CONSTITUTION:In the time of transfer from a converter region to a slip region, a feedback control means (f) outputs a predetermined value larger than the arithmetic value by a feedback amount arithmetic means (d) as the initialized value of feedback control to a slip amount control means (e). Consequently, in the time of transfer of these regions, a large deviation of the actual slip amount from the target slip amount is promptly solved, and the actual slip amount is focused in a good response to the target slip amount. While after the transfer to the slip region, a normal feedback control is performed in accordance with the feedback amount calculated in the feedback amount arithmetic means (d), accordingly the stability of slip control in the region is prevented from deteriorating.
