System for controlling guidance of operation by customer

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To offer a carefully though guidance to a customer, by showing an operation guidance corresponding to customer information obtained from a transaction medium and a host. CONSTITUTION:A guidance data registration part 16 to which guidance data 53a constituted so as to be able to edit the customer information provided corresponding to respective operation of transactions is registered, and a guidance edit control part 24 are provided. And the guidance edit control part 24 edits the guidance data 53a to be outputted based on the guidance data 53a read out of the guidance data registration part 16 and the customer information 50 read out of the transaction medium 22 by the instruction of the operation guidance, and also, converts and guides a guidance telegram 51 for the customer transferred from a host computer at the time of inquiring a transaction to a guidance data 53. In such a way, it is possible to show the carefully though guidance by the operation guidance corresponding to the customer.
