Ice making machine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify the structure while facilitating cleaning of a cleaning tank by fitting an ice making plate having many freezing pins projecting downward removably over a step formed at the edge of an opening made in an ice making tank thereby eliminating the need of countermeasure against water leakage of the ice making tank. CONSTITUTION: An ice making plate 2 is set in the upper surface opening 13A of an ice making tank 13 by fitting a protrusion 2C formed at the lower edge on the outer circumference of the heat transfer plate 2A of the plate 2 over a step 13D formed at the inner circumferential edge of opening 13A. The plate 2 comprises the heat transfer plate 2A touching the lower face plate 10A of a cooling plate 10, and a large number of pointed freezing pins 2B projecting downward from the lower surface thereof. Since the pin 2B is located under the water level, the tank 13 requires no countermeasure against water leakage. Cleaning of the plate 2 can be facilitated by separating the plate 10 from the plate 2 and then removing the plate 2 from the tank 13.
