Extrusion molding device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To laminate different kinds of raw materials of uniform thickness and set extrusion pressure and speed easily by forming a different kind raw material guiding section with a guide piece projecting along the flowing direction on a polymerized face of different raw materials. CONSTITUTION:The laminating thickness of a raw material B is set and a flow channel beta of a raw material B is formed by a different kind raw material guiding section 5 by means of difference in level formed between an upper cap 7a of a cap 7 and DELTAh, and a wedge-shaped guide piece 5a is provided between the raw materials A and B projecting in the flowing direction of the raw material A. A guid plate 5a reduces laminating pressure of the raw material B to the raw material A, smoothens the flow and prevents the raw material A from flowing into the direction of extrusion 3 of the raw material B.
