Bending press machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To quickly subject a decorative sheet to bending by holding a bending stock by pressing to the table of the upper part of a machine base and working the bending stock by the bending press body erected on the rotary supporting shaft of the lifting body fitted to the side frame at both sides of the machine base. CONSTITUTION:A bending stock W is mounted on the upper face of a table 2, a cylinder 4 is actuated and the upper face of the bending stock is fixed by pressing it by a clamp plate 6. To the bending stock W a stainless steel dressing plate P is connected on the surface of a base metal F and an adhesive is coated on the base metal surface. When a cylinder 31 is actuated and a bending press body 44 is turned 90 deg. clockwisely, the bending stock W is bent at right angles. Now, the cylinder 13 is actuated and bending press body 44 is lifted. When the bending press body 44 is turned 90 deg. by working the cylinder 31 again, the bending stock W is adhered by an adhesive with the base metal F and pressing plate P being rotated for 90 deg..
