Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To transmit the heat produced at a field coil to a yoke and to give vibrationproofing, by winding a thin insulating sheet over the outside circumference of the yoke, providing slotted notches in the direction of shaft center to the cylinder section of a bobbin into which the yoke is fitted and winding a field coil over it. CONSTITUTION: A yoke 5 wound with insulating sheet 10 is fitted into a bobbin 11, over which a field coil 12 is wound. To a cylinder section 11a of the bobbin 11 multiple slotted openings (notches) are axially provided in a row so that the field coil 12 may come into direct contact with the insulating sheet 10. The heat generated at the field coil 12 is thereby transmitted to the yoke 5 so quickly through the thin insulating sheet that the temperature rise of the field coil 12 is checked to a low value. As the bobbin 11 and the field coil 12 will act to block each movement, no excessive force will be applied to the lead wire section 12a of the field coil 12 and disconnection can thereby be prevented.
