Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and breakage due to crooked force applied repetitively by plasticizing a coupling arm's peripheral part, which is bent up from a flat plane part of a metal fixture, in continuity with a coupling arm's bent part so as to form reinforced parts. CONSTITUTION:A coupling arm 14 of a metallic fixture 10 for an electric component 1 is bent up in so comparatively large bending radius as to have a central axis balanced with a flat plane part 11. The periphery of the flat plane part 11, where the coupling arm 14 is protruded, is plasticized in continuity with a bent part 14a of the coupling arm 14, so that nearly triangular reinforced parts 11a are formed on both sides. This composition allows the bent part 14a of the coupling arm 14 to be reinforced and fixed. Since the bent part 14a of the coupling arm 14 is comparatively large in its bending radius, stress concentration is relaxed and this part is hard to be deformed and broken even if it is crooked repetitively on a state in real use.
