Humidity-stabilized transfer device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce humidity dependency, and to obtain an image having good quality by selecting an optimum transfer voltage corresponding to each humidity. CONSTITUTION:A signal delivered from a humidity sensor 1 is amplified to a prescribed voltage by OP amplifier 2 and inputted to an A/D converter 3, and in the A/D converter 3, an analog signal delivered from the humidity sensor 1 is converted to a digital signal, and a signal stored in a table of a ROM 4 is read out. In the table of this ROM 4, a reference pattern for generating the optimum high voltage in accordance with an input signal is recorded in advance. The digital signal which has been read out in this way is converted to an analog signal by a D/A converter 5 and inputted to an OP amplifier 6. This signal is amplified to a suitable voltage by the OP amplifier 6, and thereafter, inputted to a control terminal 8 of a high voltage power source 7, sets a transfer voltage to an optimum value in accordance with humidity which has been detected by the humidity sensor 1, and outputted from an output terminal 9.
