Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To utilize a space by fitting a waste toner recovery container which has a spiral groove detachably on its internal surface at the hollow part of a photosensitive drum and coupling the waste toner recovery container with a cleaning device by a communicating tube. CONSTITUTION:The waste toner recovery container 132 has the spiral groove 134 in its internal surface to increase in internal capacity because of the groove 13 and also send recovered waste toner inward and gather it efficiently. Further, the waste toner recovery container 132 is pressed in the hollow part 131 of the photosensitive drum 13, rotated, and easily fitted, and this container is detachable. An auger is recommended as the communicating tube 138 which links the waste toner entrance 133 of the waste toner recovery container 132 with the cleaning device 21. When the container is full of waste toner, the integrally formed part of the photosensitive drum 13, a developing device 17, the cleaning device 21, an electrostatic charging device 23, etc., is drawn out to take the waste toner recovery container 132 and throw the waste toner away, and the waste toner recovery container 132 is returned into the hollow part 131. Consequently, the hollow part is utilized as a waste toner recovery part as it is.
