Printed data control system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To efficiently perform a printing processing by providing a print service means which decides the non-conversion transfer of print data and gives an escape code designating non-conversion to the leading of print data. CONSTITUTION:This control system consists of printers 2 and 5, plural work stations 3, a server system 10, and a work station 40. The server system 10 is provided with a data converting part 12, a destination table 13, and a print service means 20, and the print service means 20 discriminates the format of print service which is requested from each work station 3 and if print service in the format of the pertinent work station is requested, printed data is transferred without being converted and the escape code which designates that reconversion in the work station 40 is unnecessary is given and transferred. Thus, the printing processing is efficiently performed to completely secure printed results.
