Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To rapidly record information large in quantity without selecting a time by providing a recording and reproducing machine consisting of respective sets simultaneously recording an information signal, or one of them recording and the other reproducing, a switch for switching a reproduced information signal and a recorder for recording the reproduced information signal. CONSTITUTION:The plural sets of recording and reproducing machines 5-8 consisting of plural recording and reproducing machines in which the respective sets are respectively record the information signal simultaneously, or one records the information signal and the other reproduced the recorded information signal, the switches SW (SW2-SW4) for switching the reproduced information signals from the plural sets of the recording and reproducing machines 5-8 and the recorder 11 for recording the switched reproduced information signals are provided. Any of the plural sets of the recording and reproducing machines 5-8 constantly stands by a request for the information signal at any time can be received and the information signal recorded in any of a first recording and reproducing machines of the plural sets is recorded in the recorder 11 to stand by for recording the next information signal. Thereby, the information recorder capable of recording rapidly the information large in quantity irrespective of the time can be obtained.
