Feedback method for product defective contents data from market

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To quickly feed back the contents of a trouble to a plant by converting the management number of a product and the contents of a trouble of the product, to bar codes, and reading them and informing them to the plant through a communication line, when the trouble is occurred. CONSTITUTION:A product sticking bar-code consists of a separate area code, a product sequence code, and a management number. Also, defective contents and the deflective phenomenon of a product are converted to bar-codes, and arranged and stuck to a bar-code file. The product is shipped after a product attaching bar-code label is adhered thereon. In such a state, when a trouble is occurred in the product in the market, a maintenance person reads the product sticking bar-code label, and a bar-code label for showing the trouble concerned, inputs these data in one of work stations D1-D4, and transfers them to the host computer B1 of a plant through repeating computers C1-C4. The computer B1 uses the data of the trouble transferred from the market, as a key, process these data and feeds back a necessary data to each part of the plant.
