Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To keep constant feeding quantity of lead wire so as to prevent unevenness of the lead wire welded to electronic parts by providing a rectification device for rectifying lead wire to be pressure welded by a pressure welding belt and transferred, to a transfer belt. CONSTITUTION:Lead wire L from a container 29 is inserted into an insertion groove 10a of a transfer belt 10 through a guide pipe 28 and a guide roller 25 and the transfer belt 10 is transferred by the specified distance at a time by a stepping motor 12 and a pressure welding belt 11 is also transferred by the specified distance at a time by the pressing force of the first and the second rectification rollers 17, 18 and transferred by the specified length at a time while being held. At this time the lead wire L is rectified of its bend by both the rectification rollers 17, 18 whose axes positions are slid with each other and inserted into die 30 and held by the chuck of a welding device and cut by a cutter 31. In this way the feeding quantity of the lead wire can be made constant and its rectification work can be done at the same time and it can be welded to electronic parts without unevenness and it is made possible to make the device compact.
