Heat exchanger
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger by constituting a pair of headers and tubes of an aluminum hellow extrusion molded material, providing passage shielding plates within the headers and gradually circulating a coolant through a front side passage and a rear side passage. CONSTITUTION:Both upper and lower headers 1 are made of an aluminum hollow extrusion molded material, and have horizontal partition walls 6 and 7 and are divided into resin filling spaces 10 and 11 and coolant passages 8 and 9. A coolant introduced from an inlet 13 circulates within a core in the form of a deformed zigzag shaped circuit C successively circlating a front side passage 21a and a rear side passage 21b in each of a plurality of tube 3 groups through inversion and lateral movement within the upper and lower headers 1 and 2. Thus, the coolant is sent out through an outlet 14 in a low- temperature and advanced liquefaction state.
