Window glass for automobile with defogging heater

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain window glass antenna with high performance while securing sufficient defogging region by providing a defogging heater group to the window glass face and providing a loop antenna element surrounding the heater group and coupled with the group electrically. CONSTITUTION:A defogging heater group 2 provided to the face of a rear window glass 1 of an automobile and a loop antenna element 8 surrounding the region provided with the heater group are provided. In order to utilize the heater 2 as the antenna conductor and to increase the gain, the antenna element 8 and a feeder bus 4 are coupled by a coupling wire 11. Even when the antenna element 8 is provided to the window glass face together with the heater, the defogging region is not limited and most part of the window glass is defogged to secure the visual field to ward the rear side and the defogging range is widened without deteriorating the reception performance of the antenna.
