Idling speed controller for internal combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To keep off an engine stall attributable to an operating lag or the like in a mixture quantity adjusting device, by making it restrict output of a mixture quantity controller, controlling an air-fuel mixture quantity, so as not to be lowered than the specified lower limit value in the case where a car speed becomes more than the specified one. CONSTITUTION:A bypass passage 9 is installed so as to bypass a throttle valve 6 is a suction passage 5, and in the point midway in this passage 9, there is provided with a regulating valve gear 12 being controlled by supply pressure to be guided by an atmospheric pressure intake passage 18 and a suction negative pressure intake passage 20, side by side. And, the solenoid valve 21 installed in this suction negative pressure intake passage 20 is controlled by a mixture controller 1 whereby an idling speed is kept to the specified value. In this case, at the mixture controller 1, an idling state is detected by an idling state detector 2, and when a fact that a car speed is in a state of more than the specified value is detected by a car speed detector 3, output of the mixture controller 1 is restricted so as not to make it smaller than the preset lower limit value.
