Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition enabling adjustment to aimed viscosity, flexible in the cured product therefrom, by formulating alpha-cyanoacrylate as a surgical adhesive with a biodegradable and assimilative polymer as the thickening and stabilizing agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by formulating(A) a surgical alpha-cyanoacrylate adhesive with (B) a biodegradable and assimilative polymer (e.g., poly-D.L-lactic acid D.L-lactic acid-epsilon-caprolactone copolymer) as the thickening and stabilizing agent.
