Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To lessen a compression load by forming a high pressure chamber above a stationary blade and providing the stationary blade in such a way as to be vertically movable sliding on a division separating the high pressure chamber while airtightness is being maintained. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 21 is provided on the external surface of a projection erected on the upper part of a stationary blade 15 and a high pressure chamber 23 is formed within a discharge muffler 18. The external part of the stationary blade 15 is so mounted as to be movable vertically via a circular ring 16 erected from a frame 11. Consequently, when a compression part like a liquid compression part in the startup of a compressor is abnormally high in pressure, the stationary blade 15 is lifted on the pressure of the compression part, and a refrigerant flows to a low pressure side. As a result, a compression load can be lessened.
