Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a signal cable by providing a main frame and a moving frame with cable trays whose opening parts are put opposite each other and arranging cable guide means in the sectioned area in a U shape. CONSTITUTION:Signal cables 11R and 11T are arranged in coil spring type cable guide means 70 and 80 which are flexible and neither expand nor shrink, and those means 70 and 80 are mounted in the cable trays 76 and 86 bent in a U shape. Consequently, the cables 11R and 11T are not dispersed outside and operativity is improved. Further, one end part 80A of the means 80 is fixed to one end part of the tray 86 and a sensor part 11 which is reciprocally movable is coupled with the other end part 80B of the means 80. A sensor part 11 abuts on neither of cables 11R and 11T directly even during reciprocal motion shown by C and D and moves forth and back smoothly, and the damage of a signal cable due to wearing is eliminated completely, and the durability is increased.
