Multiplexing device for magneto-optical disk recording and reproducing device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To cause the device to be suitable for an IC operation by executing the signal processing of a multiplexing device with a digital signal processing. CONSTITUTION:The device has an address signal and data signal detecting circuits 3 and 4, automatic gain control circuits 5 and 6, analog-digital converters 7 and 8, digital waveform equalizing circuits 11 and 12, digital clamping circuits 13 and 14 and a digital multiplexing circuit, and the device executes analog-digital conversion before an address signal and a data signal are multiplexed and the device multiplexes after a signal correction is executed. For this reason, the DC level difference of the analog signal and the data signal does not occur and the waveform of the address signal does not change. Since a digital waveform equalizing circuit is respectively present at two signal correcting paths of the address signal and the data signal, the variance will not occur at the frequency characteristic of the address signal and the data signal.
