Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the bonding process of solar cells effective by a method wherein a Teflon resin made thread in diameter equivalent to the gap between the solar cells and a solar panel is held between the gap to bond the solar cell module. CONSTITUTION:When solar cells 2 are bonded onto a solar panel 1 using silicon resin bonding agent 6, in order to secure the gap between the solar cells and the solar panel 1, a Teflon resin made thread 9 in diameter equivarent to the gap is held between the solar cells 2 and the solar panel 1 before the bonding process. The resin thread 9 is disposed in tension in the longitudinal direction of solar cell module so that next row of solar cells may be bonded before the bonding agent 6 is completely set making continuous bonding process feasible while facilitating the removal of resin thread 8. Through these procedures, the bonding process of solar cells can be performed efficiently.
