Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To allow a change in a resistance value of a resistance layer to be restricted within a small range even if this resistance element is used for long hours under conditions of a higher temperature state and high voltage application, by forming an insulation coating layer which is made of heat-resisting resin such as polyimide resin or polyamide imide resin. CONSTITUTION:A resistance layer 23 made of inorganic mixture which consists of ruthenium oxide, lead oxide, silicon oxide as its main ingredients is formed on an insulating substrate 21 which consists of aluminium oxide as its main ingredient, and an insulation coating layer 25 is formed on this resistance layer 23, so that a voltage division resistance element built in an electron tube can be formed. The insulation coating layer 25 in this element is formed of heat- resisting resin. Polyimide resin or polyamide imide resin is used as heat-resisting resin, and this polyimide resin or polyamide imide resin contains fine particles of SiO2, Si3N4, Al2O3, SiO, Ta2O5, and the like, as fillers. Even if this element is used for a long period under severe conditions of a higher temperature and high voltage application, a change in the resistance value of the resistance layer 23 can be resticted within very small range.
