Safety device for working machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform safe operations by a method in which when a number of working machines are attached to one vehicular body, whether the other working machines are in a normally housed state is automatically detected and only in said case, one working machine is allowed to operate. CONSTITUTION:A number of working machines 6 and 12 are equipped in one vehicular body 1. When one working machine 6 is to be selectively operated, the other working machine 12 is set to a housed state. In this case, when a defective point is present in the housed state, it is detected by sensors 24, 25, 45, 46, 52, and 53 and a switch fails to be ON, the operation of the working machine 6 is made impossible. Only when the housed state is found to be normal, signals from all the sensors 24, 25, 45, 46, 52, and 53 serve to set the switch 87 to ON through an arithmetic unit 98, making the operation of the working machine 6 possible.
