Disolution method for ship
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable efficient dismounting of a ship at a low cost, by a method wherein cutting is applied, in order, on a main plate in a region surrounded with a longitudinally extended member in the direction of the length of a ship and a lateral member crossing the longitudinal member at right angles, a longitudinal bending proof material, a longitudinal beam material, and a lateral beams material for dismounting. CONSTITUTION:After equipment on a deck structure D is removed, in a second process, a main plate 1 on both sides of a portion in the vicinity of each of a longtitudinal bending preventing material 2 and a longitudinal partition wall structure L is cut therealong and, for example, in a region equivalent to one tank. In a third process, the portion, located in the vicinity of each of a lateral beam material 3 and a lateral partition wall structure T, of the main plate 1 is cut. In a fourth process, out of an aggregate, remaining in a lattice shape, both end parts of the lateral bending preventing preventing material 2 between the lateral beam materials 3 and 3 or the lateral partition wall structure T are cut for dismounting. In a fifth process, the lateral beams material 3 between a side outer plate structure H and the longitudinal partition wall L and the lateral material 3 between the left gunwale longitudinal partition wall L and the right gunwale longitudinal partition wall L are cut for dismounting.
