Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To control the transfer amount of ink by changing the ratio of peripheral velocity, by a method wherein ink is transferred by bringing an ink original roller into contact with the delivery roller having a difference peripheral speed under pressure to be connected and the high speed of printing and the stabilization of printing quality are achieved and the same time, the number of rotation is easily controlled by driving the ink original roller with a variable speed motor. CONSTITUTION:A delivery roller 7 is in contact with an ink original roller 5a under pressure and the ink original roller 5a is driven with a DC motor 20. The DC motor 20 is variable in speed and its the number of rotation is controlled with a controller 19. Ink is continuously fed from the ink original roller 5a to the delivery roller 7 being pressurized. Because the ink original roller 5a is driven with the DC motor 20, the control of the number of rotation by the controller 19 is easy. When the number of rotation of the ink original roller 5a is increased, the amount of ink fed to the delivery roller 7 rotating at the same high speed as the speed of printing being pressu rized with the said ink original roller 5a is increased by the said roller 5a and the density on paper surface is deepened. When the number of rotation of the ink original roller 5a is further decreased, the density on the paper surface is reversely decreased.
