Method and equipment for transmitting data

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To transmit data mixed with real time/non-real time performance by providing a counting means which increments each frame received after it is reset by the reception of a frame header and enabling the frame transmission when the content of the counting means reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a frame header, each station resets an SLC 63 and the station having the first transmission priority acquires the transmission right by using a signal 98 from a COIN 65. When the transmission data exists, a transmission data is outputted from a transmission data control circuit 76 and when no transmission data exists, a dummy frame is outputted from a DMS 80. Every time a transmission frame is received, the SLC 63 of each station is incremented by a signal 91 and the station coincident with the content of an STNO 64 has the transmission right and starts the transmission sequentially. When a 1st transmission is circulated, the SLC 63 is reset and a 2nd transmission is started the same as the 1st transmission.
