Intermittent reception system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To cope with even the case that a control signal is of variable length by including timing information applying ON/OFF control to a circuit of a reception system of a mobile station equipment into system information or incoming information. CONSTITUTION:The information to apply ON/OFF control to transistors (TRs) 21, 22 in a mobile station equipment 1 by a control circuit 13 is included to a battery saving parameter frame BSP added just after system parameter frames SP1, SP2 of the control signal of a P-channel. Thus, in receiving a system information frame string OMT, since the information mOMT to turn off the TRs 21, 22 is included in the BSP till the next OMT is received, the TRs 21, 22 are turned off until the OMT is received. Thus the on/off control of the TRs 21, 22 in this way is applied repeatedly.
