Treatment plant for photographic processing wastes by dielectric heating
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve vaporization efficiency by vaporizing and treating components of photographic processing wastes supplied into a treatment chamber by dielectric heating. CONSTITUTION:A treatment plant 24 consists of a wastes supply means 10, a vaporizing means 20, a condensing means 30, a filter means 40 for filtering condensed water, a gas adsorbing means 50, a concentrated wastes discharging means 60, and means accompanying them. The periphery of the vaporizing means 20 is shielded to prevent a microwave from leaking out and covered with a heat insulator such as glass wool and styrofoam for heat insulation, prevention against influence upon the condensing means 30, etc. A heating means uses a means which heats and vaporizes the photographic processing wastes by irradiating the wastes with a microwave, or a normal heat source such as a quartz pipe heater and an electric heater, or an acceleration means, etc., by heated air or vapor supply in combination. Consequently, the compact plant which has extremely high vaporization efficiency and excellent operability is obtained and automation is enabled.
