Parts separation and positioning equipment

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make a function into compoundedness as well as to simplify an equipment structure, by letting a parts housing member at an uppermost stage stacked in pile go up to a locational position, transferring a holding member of a horizontal direction transferring device to a spot beneath the flange and holding it here, while making a vertical direction transferring device go down for separation, and energizing it with both contacting and pushing devices. CONSTITUTION:A parts housing member at an uppermost stage stacked in pile by a vertical direction transferring device 4 is made to go up to a position till it reaches a locational position, while a holding member of a horizontal direction transferring device 6 is transferred to the lower part of a flange of the parts housing member at the uppermost stage and holding it thereat. And, the vertical direction transferring device 4 is made to go down for separation from the parts housing member at the uppermost stage, making it come into contact with the holding member, thus positioning in the vertical direction takes place. Also positioning takes place by pressing it to two reference planes by energization of both contacting and pushing devices being free of movement in the horizontal direction and installed in the horizontal direction transferring device. Therefore, the parts housing members stacked in pile can be individually separated and positioned, thus a function is made into compoundedness, while an equipment structure is simplifiable.
