Trace information analysis system for transaction processing system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To select and output only specific information when trace information is required, by reading out trace information from a classified trace information register file based on trace output information and editing this information. CONSTITUTION:Events which occur in the transaction processing are gathered by a trace gathering means 1. Meanwhile, trace information of filled-up trace storage area is registered in a classified trace information register file 8 by a trace information register means 4, and a subfile identifier is set. A trace output information classification changing means 3 changes the contents of a trace classification designating table in accordance with inputted change information. The trace information register means 4 reads out gathered trace information and registers it in a classified trace information register file 8 consisting of delayed coupled organization files. Classified and stored trace information is transferred to an editing means 7 started through a starting means 5 and is edited and outputted.
