Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate the electromagnetic interference between MIC units by using a barrier incorporated to a case so as to separate plural MIC units constituted to the titled microwave circuit base. CONSTITUTION:The microwave circuit base 20 is fixed to a case 21 by using a screw 30 at a fitting part 33 with a supporting region provided to the microwave circuit base and the case 21. In this case, the MIC (microwave integrated circuit) units 24a, 24b are separated electromagnetically by a barrier 25 provided incorporatedly with the case 21 and the MIC units 24a, 24b are contained in a through hole 35 formed while being surrounded by the barrier 25 and the fitting part provided to the case 21. Moreover, a connection conductor foil 31 connecting the MIC units 24a, 24b is contained in a slot 34 provided to the barrier 25. Thus, the gap by the mechanical size of the barrier 25 is not caused and the electromagentic separation is attained in an excellent way.
