Novel glycerophosphoric acid derivative and salt and production thereof

Abstract

Abstract NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R<1> is 14-22C acyl or 14-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue; R<2> is substituted 1-4C alkyl, (substituted) 2-4C alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkadienyl, aryl, aralkyl or heterocyclic group (representing the heterocyclic group bonded through the C atom in the ring); R<3> is H or 1-3C alkyl; R<1> and COR<2> in the formula may be mutually interchanged] and its salt. EXAMPLE:L-1-acyl-2-(3-carboxyacryloyl)-glycerol-3-phosphorylcholine. USE:A carcinostatic agent having high safety. PREPARATION:The compound of formula R<2>COOH or its acid anhydride is made to react with the compound of formula II (rhizolecithin compound) in the presence of a dehydration agent.
