Conveying device for stacked pliable sheet-like material

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make possible to shift sheet-like materials in order in a bag manufacturing machine, by providing a retaining member for retaining the sheet-like materials on a support bed at the position of a cut-out part in a receiving bed during the receiving bed being moved to the next support bed. CONSTITUTION:A film band T from a conveyer 10 is cut by a cutter 11 into sheet-like materials having a predetermined size, which are stacked in order on a receiving bed 12 by means of a stopper 18. When the number of the stacked sheet-materials reaches a predetermined value, and auxiliary receiving bed 40 is lowered at once. Then, when the receiving bed 12 is horizontally moved toward the position of a support bed 20 at the next station by drive means 13, 14, a retaining member 30 extends from its waiting position to press sheet-like materials B on the receiving bed 12 against the support bed 20 at the position of a cut-out 17 of the receiving bed 12. Further, the receiving bed 12 comes off horizontally by means of the drive means 14, and returns upward by means of the drive means 13. When the auxiliary receiving bed 40 is moved downward, the movement of the sheet-like materials is checked by the stopper 18 and is then shifted onto the receiving bed 12. Thus, it is possible to shift the sheet-like materials in order.
