Telephone exchange system with sound recording and reproducing function

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To preserve the contents of the calling and to reproduce the calling contents later on by providing a sound recording box having sound recording and reproducing function at a telephone exchange system. CONSTITUTION:By inputting a prescribed ID number from the telephone set by a subscriber, the calling contents are sound-recorded and a sound recording box 12 to reproduce the calling contents sound-recorded already is connected to a telephone exchange 11. Thus, the sound recording of the order contract, the transaction contract, the important negotiation contents, appointments, etc., by the telephone is easily executed, and the effect of the utilization as a memo pad or the utilization, etc., to the confirmation, etc., when the trouble on the contract occurs can be obtained.
