Discrimination system for terminating subscriber

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable answering subscriber to know who is a calling subscriber by sending discrimination information on a terminating subscriber from a storage means out of a talkie trunk to a terminating telephone set when a telephone call is made. CONSTITUTION:A special number for services in which the information for discriminating a terminating subscriber is sent out of an extension telephone set 8a to a called telephone set is dialed and then a code number for discriminating the terminating subscriber which is given to an individual is dialed. A controller 2 connects the extension 8a to an extension telephone set corresponding to said received code number. Then, the controller 2 connects the extension telephone set 8b to the talkie trunk 7 and sends out a synthesized voice 'Telephone call for...' as the information for discriminating the terminating subscriber. Then said controller 2 connects the two extension telephone sets 8a and 8b to two speech trunks 10, so that the two extension telephone sets 8a and 8b are connected with each other.
