Shared program control system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To permit the updating, the addition or the deletion, etc. of a shared program loaded at a system sharing area during a system operation by controlling the shared program according to the state of a counter in use in a shared program list. CONSTITUTION:A shared program file 4 is provided at an auxiliary storing device 2. At the shared program file 4, a shared program list SPL5 and shared programs LM1...LMk to be loaded at a system sharing area 6 are stored. And a CPU100 is equipped with a counter control part 101, a searching part 102, a loading part 103, a permutation/deletion part 104 and a counter detecting part 105. The counter control part 101 controls the content of a counter 9 to be used within the shared program list SPL5. And the searching part 102 searches a shared program name 8 within the SPL5. Also, at the loading part 103, the shared program within the shared program file 4 is loaded at the system sharing area 6. At the permutation/deletion part 104, the permutation and the deletion in the shared program file 4 and furthermore, the deletion of the program in the system sharing area 6 are performed. And at the detecting part 105, the content of the counter 9 in use is detected.
