Mixed polyamide resin composition and melt-extrusion molded product of said composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having improved draw-down resistance in melt extrusion molding without deteriorating the gas-barrier property, transparency, etc., by adding specific amounts of a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an alpha-olefin ionomer resin to a polyamide base resin. CONSTITUTION:A film having a HAZE of <=5%, O2TR of <520 and a temperature-dependency index of tensile strength of <0.5 can be produced by the extrusion molding of a composition obtained by the melt-kneading of (A) 80-60(wt)%, preferably 65-70% polyamide resin (e.g. nylon 6), (B) 10-30%, preferably 15-20% saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 28-45mol% and saponification degree of >=98% and (C) 10-30%, preferably 15-25% alpha-olefin ionomer resin or a resin composed of (C1)>=70% alpha-olefin ionomer resin and (C2) one or more resins selected from ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin and (modified) ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (the amount of C2 is <=8% of the whole resin mixture).
