Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure a stable operation after detecting highly accurate and reliable closing function of shutter by providing a detecting circuit which detects a trailing edge of a signal and outputs a trigger pulse as soon as pulse signal is received from an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION:Once a shutter button 1 is depressed, a shutter 3 is opened and the light is inputted in an area image sensor 7 through a lens 5 and then the shutter 3 is closed after the lapse of a setting time. In such a case, the charge is stored at the sensor 7 corresponding the light quantity which has passed during an opening time from opening to closing of the shutter 3 and the optical sensor 9 keeps on outputting the high-level pulse signal to the detecting circuit 11. The circuit 11 detects the trailing edge of the pulse signals and the trigger pulse is outputted to a reading circuit 13. The charge stored at the sensor 7 are read by the circuit 13 and outputted as picture signal after being amplified by an amplifier 15. Thus a detection of highly accurate and reliable closing of the shutter is made possible and the stable operation is performed.
