Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, size and cost of the captioned controller by providing an electromagnetic coil in a valve body to constitutionally ensure the relief pressure on the pipe path side in current supply irrespective of the internal pressure for providing both functions of a pilot pressure control relief valve and a constant pressure relief valve. CONSTITUTION:Pressure in a master cylinder pressure chamber 203 is transmitted to a ball valve 202 through a rod 201, and when pressure in a pressure pipe path is increased, pressurized oil is relieved from a relief pipe 73 by depressing the ball valve 202. Next, current is supplied to a coil 208 to generate a magnetic force to pull a moving core portion 206a of a plunger 206 toward an inner peripheral projection 209a of a stator core 209. As a result, a spring 205 is compressed and the compressive force is transmitted to the ball valve 202 so that the relief pressure provides a constant pressure relief according to the master cylinder pressure + spring compressive force. Thus, both functions of a pressure control relief valve and a constant pressure relief valve can be provided to provide a compact and economical controller.
