Retaining mechanism for printed board
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain precision FG output signal, by supporting the inner peripheral section of a ring-formed printed board having FG patterns, with the inner peripheral section of a stator case, and by supporting the outer peripheral section of the printed board with a bearer on the outer periphery of the the stator case. CONSTITUTION:With a plurality of retaining members 20 fitted on a stator yoke 16 set on the internal wall 3 of a stator case 2, the inner peripheral section of a ring-formed printed board 18 is supported. Inside the tip section of the yoke 22 of a rotor 4, a FG magnet 26 is fixed. On the outer peripheral section of the printed board 18 confronting the FG magnet 26, FG patterns 28 are formed. On the back side of the FG patterns 28, the printed board 18 is fixed on a bearer 30 set on the bottom surface 5 of the stator case. By this method, a space between the FG magnet 26 and the FG patterns 28 is kept constant, and exact FG output signal is obtained, and the precision of speed control signal can be improved.
