Ink jet recorder
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet recorder wherein an elastic material used for a pressurizing means is scarcely limited, by a construction wherein a pressurizing means for discharging a needless ink remaining in a nozzle part to the exterior of a nozzle is provided, and the means is contained in an ink tank so that it is isolated from the outside air. CONSTITUTION:A tube 16 and the ink tank 11 are jointed to each other by welding or the like to maintain gas-tightness. A tube 10 formed of an elastic material forming a pressurizing chamber 12 is contained in the ink tank 11, a check valve 15 for inhibiting an ink sucked in from the ink tank 11 from flowing back is fitted in an ink inflow port 14 provided at one end of the tube 10, and an ink outflow port 13 provided at the other end is communicated with the tube 16. The tube 10 functions as the pressurizing means for feeding the ink under pressure. Accordingly, since the tube 10 is disposed in the ink tank 11 as the pressurizing means, the tube 10 is prevented from being exposed directly to the outside air.
