Abstract
Abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R is H or lower alkyl). EXAMPLE:N-( 0-Ethoxycarbonylphenyl )-trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecar boxamide hydrochloride. USE:An antiulcer having improved antiulcer action and low toxicity. PREPARATION:trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid shown by the formula II or its reactive derivative is reacted with anthranilic acid shown by the formula III or its ester in the presence of a condensation agent (e.g., dicylohexylcarbodiimide) in a solvent such as pyridine, etc., at about room temperature for 10-180hr to give a compound shown by the formula I.
