Hydraulic controller for continuously variable transmission

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To secure the certain line pressure by taking out a constant reducing pressure through a reducing valve by using the line pressure taken out from the upstream side of a line pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION:A line pressurized-oil passage 22 communicates to a speed change speed control valve 50, penetrating through a line pressure control valve 40, and the oil passage 31 connected to the line pressurized-oil passage 22 communicates to a reducing valve 60. The line pressure control valve 40 adjusts the spring load through a sensor shoe 46, and obtains the min. line pressure. A constant reducing pressure is taken out by a reducing valve 60 using the line pressure, and the duty pressure can be generated. Therefore, the duty pressure can be generated with high precision, and the line pressure can be controlled with high precision.
