Audio response system
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an audio response system containing a voice recognizer and a facsimile response unit, by confirming the normalness of the analog voices serving as the primary function of the audio response system. CONSTITUTION:The recognizable voice information is previously registered to a voice editing part ARU30 by a voice recognizer SRU60. A processor CC10 sets the relay contacts within a return circuit 90 in a bidirectional trunk BWT80 under a loop state via a channel control part SPC50. Then a command is issues an output command to the ARU30 for the output of the voices that can be recognized by the SRU60. The analog voices outputted from the ARU30 are returned by the circuit 90 and supplied to the SRU60 to be recognized there. The result of this recognition is outputted to the CC10. The CC10 receives the result of recognition and decides whether the outputted voices are recognized normally or not and uses a facsimile response unit in an abnormal mode to output the abnormal information onto the picture of a facsimile terminal.
